Simply calling into our Osborne Park office and speaking to one of our friendly staff members. We can guide and assist your business with any troubleshooting issues you may have regarding your POS System.

Retail Systems have multiple methods of interacting and offering phone and remote support. We can securely login remote to your site and diagnose and fix issues on the spot.


If the issue isn’t something we can fix over the phone, we are happy to travel to your place of business to correct any issues that could arise. Hardware breakdowns is generally an onsite call-out or the team will organise for return to base if an onsite visit is uneconomical.

Whether it is a hardware issue, a face to face training session, or just a friendly check in, Retail Systems is prepared to go above and beyond.

At Retail Systems, our staff have been thoroughly trained in a wide variety of scenarios. Chances are, if you’re having an issue, we’ve encountered it before and we’ll have a solution to resolve it.

Additionally, our support staff come from a varied and complex background in IT. Our level of support outside of POS systems is second to none with each staff member having a broad skill set including Windows, servers, databases, networking, and general computer hardware faults.

We can even liaise with your own IT department as we speak their lingo.
